If I remember correctly the cane with flames on it made dr House go faster. Skins should give small (no more than 5%) bonuses depending on their color - i.e. a black skin makes you harder to target. bright yellow skin gives you 5% em/therm resista...

lost a ship to the dramiel but killed it with a rocket vengeance(even though I have rockets at 3, and t2 blasters). It helps to see what works for you.

wouldn't a tengu be just what the doctor ordered? Tengu can have ridiculous tank, very high jam resistance, and you can always go for auto targeting missiles if that's a problem?

I really don't see what's so good about the navy exequror -5% rof and damage for hybrids per level of cruiser? , also when doing lvl 3 don't forget to factor in the LP you get - I was "working" for a mining corp and with their LP I can buy an impl...

I cant believe you're making such a big deal about formats, and that any format is "hard to read" - that almost defies explanation - its not like it uses abreviations there's 4(5) types of fittings, I don't care if it's in low, rigs, high, subsyst...
